Oh, baby! Getting to photograph this baby girl from belly to first birthday as part of her Baby’s First Year Collection was amazing. It’s hard to describe the gratification and joy it brings to see this family evolve and grow through their portraits.

MATERNITY: It was a chilly November sunset, but mom and dad stuck it out and we got some beautiful outdoor images.

NEWBORN: just days old, Emily was alert and curious. After a good, long visit together, I got her to sleep and was able to get those sleepy, curly shots that newborn portraits are most known for!

1st BIRTHDAY: We had a magical, sunset and almost 70 degrees in February to celebrate her 1st birthday! Take a peek at some of my favorites from her session. And because it’s important, that vintage high chair and cake come with every 1st birthday experience!
